Shipping Policy

Our delivery choices support orders for lunch boxes, drinkware, food-storage products, bags and accessories wherever a service is presented at checkout. That checkout view shows the applicable charge and any order that qualifies for free shipping.

Preparation and carrier time

Once payment is authorized, order handling ordinarily takes about 1–2 business days. After the parcel leaves us, estimated transit is a separate 4–6 business days. These periods are estimates and do not guarantee arrival on a particular date; weekends, holidays, weather or carrier disruption can add time.

Accurate delivery information

Please review the street address, email and phone before placing the order. Tracking is shared when a carrier issues it. Certain destinations or services may be unavailable, and the choices visible at checkout govern the order.

Delivery concerns

Email dasamit98765432@gmail.com if tracking stops, the parcel cannot be located, a delivered scan does not match receipt, or goods appear damaged in transit. Include the order number, checkout email, any tracking reference and useful package photographs. A carrier inquiry may be needed before the matter can be resolved.
